MickMedia has entered into an joint venture agreement with a national insurer to provide specialty products and services to the restaurant industry. The company will focus on employee eduation and training; valuntary employee benefits; human resource services; and the provision of workers' compensation insurance through a contemplated acquisition of an existing payroll processing service.

MickMedia will join the newly formed company's Board of Directors and will provide an active, daily role in the company's management, product development, and marketing.

MickMedia is providing a complete branding and corporate identity package to the new division. Services will include logo design, a new interactive website, printed and digital marketing materials, and an annual schedule of regular email campaigns.
